Reclaimed oak beams anchor the open plan, paired with a dramatic ILVE range and unlacquered brass hardware throughout. The baths layer black penny tile floors against crisp white picket tile — graphic but not cold.

A classic Long Island cape got a thoughtful refresh without a full gut renovation. The kitchen received new shaker cabinet fronts, floating oak shelves, and a fluted marble backsplash — a facelift that feels like a complete transformation.

The signature move: adding arched openings to connect spaces and flood them with light. The front dining room was reimagined entirely as a dual-purpose office and mudroom, anchored by a dramatic black-ceiling treatment, globe chandelier, and a bold horse-print statement piece.
